We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Tier 1 Design & Build (D&B) company renowned for delivering exceptional high-end office fit-outs. With a solid reputation and a portfolio of impressive projects, they are looking to expand their dynamic sales team with a talented and experienced Senior Telesales Business Development Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively generate high-quality leads through cold calling and other telesales techniques.
Client Engagement: Convert leads into quality meetings with potential clients, commercial agents, and architects.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: Proven track record in telesales or business development, preferably within the Design & Build (D&B) or construction industry.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the high-end office fit-out market is highly desirable.
Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Networking: Strong network within the construction or office fit-out industry is a plus.
