Our client is a Tier 2 Design and Build company specializing in office fit-outs, is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading firm with projects ranging from £250,000 to £500,000, located in the Thames Valley and London areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee site operations from inception to completion, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Quality Control: Uphold high standards of workmanship, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
Health & Safety: Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Coordination: Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, controlling costs to maintain financial viability.
Scheduling: Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring timely completion of all phases.
Reporting: Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients, addressing any issues and proposing solutions.
Problem Solving: Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise during construction.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate site teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the office fit-out sector, working on projects within the £250,000 to £500,000 range.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and health and safety standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Valid CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and First Aid certification.
