The Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing office fit-out projects from conception to completion. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project, ensuring that it meets the client’s specifications and is delivered to the highest standards. This includes:
Project Planning and Execution: Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Client Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.
Quality Control: Maintaining the company’s high standards of quality across all projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the client’s satisfaction.
Team Management: Leading a team of site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience managing office fit-out projects, ideally within the £100k to £1 million range.
A strong commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and project teams.
A relevant qualification in project management, construction, or a related field is preferred.
