Our client, a leading Tier One Design & Build company, is known for delivering exceptional office fit-outs for high-profile clients. With a reputation for excellence and innovation, they are expanding their team and are looking for two experienced Senior Technical Designers to join their ranks.

The Roles:

1. Senior Technical Designer - Banbury Project

• Location: Primarily based in Reigate with weekly travel to Banbury.

• Project Focus: Leading a significant £4m+ project, you’ll take full ownership of the technical design, coordinating detailed plans, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring on-site execution aligns with the design vision.

2. Senior Technical Designer - Regional & London Projects

• Location: Reigate-based with regular travel to various regional sites and occasional involvement in London-based projects.

• Project Focus: Oversee multiple projects ranging from £0.25m to £1.5m, managing the technical design process and ensuring high standards are maintained across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Design Leadership: Manage the creation of 2D and 3D drawing packs using AutoCAD, ensuring detailed and accurate designs.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

• Site Visits: Conduct regular site surveys and inspections to ensure design integrity and compliance with technical standards.

• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality results within set deadlines.

  
  

Qualifications & Experience:

• Significant experience in technical design, ideally within the Design & Build industry.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, with strong skills in both 2D and 3D drawing and rendering.

• A deep understanding of construction processes and the ability to produce detailed technical packs.

• Experience managing multiple projects and delivering them successfully.
