As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of commercial office fit-outs and education sector projects. Based in their West London office, you will also travel to various sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
Coordinate and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely delivery while adhering to all contractual obligations.
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality, complying with health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, minimising delays and maintaining project momentum.
Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress, including any risks or opportunities.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a strong background in commercial office fit-outs and education sector projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of construction processes, health and safety regulations, and contract management.
Willingness to travel to various sites as required, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are highly desirable.
