We are representing a prestigious Tier One Design & Build company known for delivering cutting-edge office fit-outs for top-tier clients. With an impressive track record and a commitment to innovation, they are looking for a talented Senior Creative Designer to join their London office.
As a Senior Creative Designer, you will be at the forefront of transforming client visions into exceptional workspace designs. This role requires not just creativity but the ability to showcase your design thought process through an impressive portfolio. You will take full ownership of the design process, from developing the initial brief and concept to collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to bring your designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership: Develop and drive innovative design concepts that meet client briefs and exceed expectations.
Client Engagement: Confidently interact with clients to understand their needs, present ideas, and develop creative solutions.
Design Ownership: Take charge of the entire design process, ensuring that all elements—from concept to completion—are executed to the highest standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless project delivery.
Supply Chain Knowledge: Utilize your understanding of the supply chain, including furniture and fixtures, to enhance the design process.
Qualifications & Experience:
A proven track record in creative design, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your thought process and design innovation.
Experience in the Design & Build sector is highly preferred.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to develop briefs and present design concepts.
Strong knowledge of the supply chain, including experience working with furniture and other design elements.
