Our client is renowned for delivering some of the most extraordinary work in England, specialising in high-end residential projects and five-star hotels. With an award-winning fabrication facility, they are at the forefront of innovation and quality in the construction industry.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our client's MEP services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing MEP projects, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple contractors and ensure seamless project execution. This role demands a hands-on leader who can manage their own projects while effectively leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the MEP services division, managing projects across high-end residential and 5* hotel sectors.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance MEP service delivery, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Coordinate and manage 3 MEP contractors per project (1 Mechanical, 1 Electrical, 1 Audio Visual), ensuring seamless collaboration and integration.
Maintain an annual turnover of approximately £25 million through effective project management and client satisfaction.
Lead a team of 3-5 MEP professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure project success.
Engage with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to maintain the competitive edge of the MEP services.
Experience Required:
Extensive experience in MEP project management within high-end residential and hotel sectors.
Proven ability to manage multiple contractors and coordinate complex projects.
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team of professionals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a high annual turnover and deliver projects within budget.
