Established in 2018 our client is a young tiger builder and maintenance provider with a turnover touching £4 million this year.

This builder runs 23 tradesman acquired over the years prior as subbie negotiating and delivering high quality at speed for clients directly with professional teams in tow.

Are all sites successfully delivered as main contractor on behalf of VHNW individuals who trust the business with their homes and their work places.

The owner has a 5 year plan that sees the building division gently growing to somewhere between £5-6 million retaining the client base and leveraging new relationships and work from personal recommendations. It could be decorating contracts or tricky structural refurbishment involving temporary works to listed buildings. Exquisite new bathrooms or stripping out some of the finest FF&E there is to replace with similar quality. They recently removed doors in a villa that were £40,000 each new in 2010. The key here is quality, can do and reliability.

We are looking for someone who will play number 2 to the owner. Someone who will end up leading a £5-6 million business at existing net returns and strong relationships as effective hands on Operations Director. You could come from an operational, commercial or Engineering Background. The key is that you must be able to demonstrate that you have managed multiple projects successfully from early client and consultant engagement to final account settlement.
