Our client is a main contractor that provides professional construction services in the hospitality and residential sector, they complete CAT A, CAT B fitout for both the private and public sector, which includes design and build and traditionally procured services, they utilise their expertise and turn their clients’ visions into a reality.
Annual company turnover £45mill, project values range from £6mill - £25mill.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the commercial aspects and financial performance projects.
Provide accurate cost advice and prepare estimates for projects.
Ensure effective cost control and risk management.
Review and negotiate contracts and ensure compliance.
Oversee the preparation of tender documents and procurement.
Lead a team and provide guidance and support.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Essential Experience
Working on two stage design and build projects.
Taking project from PCSA stage through to contract sign off, procurement, delivery and through to final account settlement.
Structural Refurbishment of medium and high-rise offices.
Other Requirements
Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions proactively.
