Their core business is the provision of high-quality refurbishment and fit-out services to a diverse range of sectors, including commercial offices, healthcare, education, student accommodation, and leisure. They manage projects ranging from £50,000 to £30 million, delivering under various forms of contract.



With a focus on self-funded, sustainable growth and operational flexibility, they have maintained a healthy balance sheet and strong client relationships, leading to steady growth and a reputation as one of the most respected fit-out and refurbishment contractors in London and the South East.



We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join the Bid Team. Reporting to the Senior Proposals Manager, you will play a crucial role in producing visually engaging and professional design work to support our bid and marketing efforts. Your designs will help communicate the brand and enhance proposal submissions to secure new business.



Key Responsibilities

  • Bid Design: Create visually compelling graphics, layouts, and presentations for bid submissions, ensuring that all materials align with their brand and meet the high standards expected by their clients.

  • Marketing Collateral: Design brochures, case studies, and other marketing materials to promote our services across various sectors, including workplace fit-out, healthcare, leisure, and education.

  • Branding: Maintain and develop the brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Bid Team, Marketing, and other departments to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet those needs.

  • Photography and Imagery: Source, edit, and manage project photography and other imagery to be used across various media.

  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools, bringing new ideas and techniques to enhance our visual communications.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within the construction, architecture, or real estate sectors.

  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant design software.

  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, with an emphasis on corporate or bid-related work.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail, ensuring all work is of the highest quality and error-free.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.

  • Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

  • Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for design and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
