We are seeking a junior contracts manager with strong written English skills who are enthusiastic about advancing their careers in logistics. Looking for a Graduate/HNC that is looking to enhance and accelerate their career.
Key Skills:
Strong report writing skills evidencing written English: The ability to draft comprehensive reports and communicate effectively in writing.
Planning skills: Understanding the project lifecycle and the sequencing of trades, materials, and plant to ensure smooth project execution.
Negotiating skills: The capacity to negotiate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve favourable terms and outcomes.
Commercial Acumen: Demonstrating a sound understanding of business principles and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies.
Verbal communication: Effective verbal communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
Critical thinking: the ability to problem-solve and overcome professional challenges
Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite of software (Teams / Excel / Word etc)
Grad/HNC/MSC In Construction Management
