We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager for a £15 million cut and carve project involving a two-floor room expansion and new facade. The ideal candidate should have a robust building background with expertise in high-end residential and commercial fit-outs.
Project Planning and Execution:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Ensure effective execution of construction projects, coordinating with various stakeholders to meet project milestones.
Cut and Carve Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in cut and carve construction techniques, providing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Implement best practices for cut and carve processes to achieve optimal project outcomes.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate project teams, including subcontractors and internal staff, ensuring alignment with project goals.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Budget and Cost Management:
Monitor project budgets, identifying potential risks and implementing cost-saving measures.
Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accurate reporting for keeping projects within budget.
Quality Assurance:
Uphold the highest quality standards, implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout the construction process.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Client Communication:
Maintain clear and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns promptly.
