Construction Manager to deliver a project on time, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience, working on a wide range of projects both in value & complexity. You will have experience in maintaining & developing client relationships & key skills in project planning& time management & effective communication to manage site-based project personnel.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Take on full responsible for the successful delivery of the site construction works.
Work closely with the Senior Construction manager & Engineering Manager.
Work closely with the Health & Safety manager in planning the works.
Offer high level strategic thinking at project level.
Chair Trade Contractor meetings.
All relevant Health & Safety legislation.
Previous experience of successful implementation on a major project.
Our client is looking for previous GAL & HAL experience both Airside & landside. You must have a strong work ethic, be highly motivated & a team player. To be results driven, highly focused & a positive *& effective communicator.
