Our client is a management contractor with a difference. They have been in the industry over 10 years and have consistently outpaced their competition in London, delivering an exciting mix of CAT A/B, Design & Build and Refurbishment projects.
They now seek a junior to intermediate individual to focus on 2 of the delivery teams client base to increase the volume and quality of new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Work warm relationships from past users.
work aftercare opportunities to evolve new opportunities.
Leverage existing relationships to approach new business.
You will have some industry knowledge and the hunger and drive to network and pull tender opportunities through the door. This could involve breakfasts or lunches or coffees or phone calls or any other medium to pull in business.
