We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Site Manager for a Temp to Perm Position, offering an immediate start opportunity. In this role, the successful candidate will serve as a key member reporting to a Senior Site Manager, overseeing various responsibilities integral to the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation of robust Health & Safety measures
• Management of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Conducting Toolbox Talks to ensure a safe working environment
• Collaborating with and managing Sub-Contractors effectively
Requirements
• Experience with high value projects.
• Construction Scope: Experience within data centres preferential.
• Duration: 2.5 Years
• Location: West London
• Day Rate: £250 - £280
• Full-Time Salary: £60,000 plus Package
• Proven experience working with Tier 1 Main Contractors
• Expertise in Temporary Works and Service Diversions
• Valid Black Card, CSCS, and SMSTS certifications are mandatory
