The tender program is initiated by the Project Manager, with the second stage overseen by the line manager. At stage 3, your role involves input and assistance in innovation and risk mitigation, ensuring tenders incorporate programs with practical, cost-effective, and successful solutions. The remaining 30% of your time will be allocated to educating PMs and overseeing team operations, policies, and adaptations in accordance with client preferences.
