Our client is seeking a well-established Pre-Con Manager to join their team based in the heart of Windsor. My client is one of the largest and most successful turnkey office fit out companies around, with offices across Europe, London and the Regions.

You must have at least 5 years’ experience for a direct competitor in the market place

Duties include:

• Lead and manage the pre-construction phase of projects, including feasibility studies, site evaluations, budget development, and value engineering.

• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.

• Oversee the tendering and procurement processes, including contractor selection and negotiation of contracts.

• Manage design development, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and client requirements.

• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies during the pre-construction phase.

Commercial Management:

• Monitor project costs and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Prepare and review project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.

• Implement effective cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Provide commercial support to project teams, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
