A Project Manager to be a part of our clients Archway/Station House Refurbishment division. The successful candidate will be running multiple sites and directly report to the Contracts Manager. Candidates with a commercial fit out background are preferable, however candidates with a background in residential could also fit the position well.
Requirements:
5+ years of Project Management experience.
Proven track record in managing projects of varying values (£50,000 - £400,000).
Experience leading an annual project portfolio between £1.5m - £2m.
Ability to manage multiple sites and willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project plans and communication documents.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Maintain ongoing communication with project stakeholders.
Estimate necessary resources and participants for project success.
Draft and submit budget proposals; recommend changes as needed.
Negotiate with department managers for required personnel acquisition.
Assess need for additional staff/consultants and recruit as necessary during project cycles.
Continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to suitable personnel.
Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
Manage project dependencies and critical path effectively.
Plan project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
Track project milestones and deliverables accurately.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports; troubleshoot problem areas.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and create contingency plans.
Define and communicate project success criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
