We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced Site Manager to join our team for an upcoming CAT A office fit-out project. In this role, you will report to a Senior Site Manager and be responsible for implementing robust Health & Safety measures, managing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), conducting Toolbox Talks, and effectively coordinating with Sub-Contractors.
Project Overview:
Scope: Small Works project, including the installation of new air conditioning, showers, and the refurbishment of bathrooms/washrooms.
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Baker Street
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively implement and uphold Health & Safety standards
• Oversee the preparation and adherence to Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
• Conduct Toolbox Talks to ensure a safe working environment
• Efficiently manage and coordinate activities with Sub-Contractors
