We are seeking a highly organised and trustworthy Freelance Project Manager to oversee two concurrent 12-week projects involving retail to office fitouts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be capable of working independently to deliver projects on time and within budget. Successful completion of these projects may lead to further opportunities with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of two simultaneous 12-week retail to office fitout projects.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements and progress.

• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

• Ensure all work is carried out to high standards and in compliance with relevant regulations and safety guidelines.

• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients.

• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project budgets and resources effectively to avoid overruns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing retail to office fitout projects or similar construction/renovation projects.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.

• High level of trustworthiness and integrity.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.

• Based near Manchester to facilitate easy access to project sites and client meetings.
